An open letter from the CEO
This is an exciting time for us at Gendron. We are about to move into new
facilities that will allow us to boost production exponentially, and more
importantly, will provide us with extraordinary new product design
resources.
In the past ten years, the company has nearly tripled its sales. Central to
our growth has been the feedback we get from you, our customer. Your
experience in the field and input on our products enables us to adapt
existing technologies and develop new technologies to advance the quality
of care available to bariatric patients.
While our work is manufacturing products, we see our business as improving
the lives of bariatric patients. Our facilities expansion is one element
of a broader strategy to improve bariatric patient care. Along these
lines, Dr. Kevin Huffman, one of our industry’s leading voices, recently
joined Gendron as Bariatric Advisor. Dr. Huffman possesses a wealth of
knowledge in the care of bariatric patients. As part of our commitment to
the total care of the bariatric patient, we are looking for ways to give
our customers direct access to Dr. Huffman’s advice and experiences.
Gendron has been serving the medical industry for nearly 140 years. As we
move the company literally, we are also moving the company figuratively
into a new and promising era in its history. I hope you will join us on
