Where are you moving?
We are expanding our overall business across five (5) locations.
Component manufacturing will be shared by three plants in South Central
Ohio, Northeast Indiana and Southern Michigan. Our corporate offices,
including customer service & sales and accounting will move to Bryan,
Ohio.
Finally, we are expanding our state-of-the-art facility in Pioneer, Ohio.
It will house product engineering, design, prototyping and testing. Our
Pioneer location will also house final assembly and will be our primary
hub for shipping and receiving.
Why are you moving?
Our business is growing, which we’re thrilled about. Expanding and
modernizing our facilities, as this move allows us to do, enables us to
continue to develop innovative bariatric care products and meet demand for
those products.
When will you move?
We are currently in the process of moving and plan to complete the move by
the end of November.

Will I still work with the same sales representative?
Yes.
Are you moving any of your manufacturing overseas?
No. Gendron has called the Midwestern United States home since 1872 and we will continue to house all of our manufacturing and business operations here.
Will Gendron continue to produce all the products in its product line?
Yes.
Where will orders be shipped from?
Our shipping operation will be housed in our Pioneer, Ohio facility, which

Where should I send product returns?
All product returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number. Contact Customer Service for return
